Written by William Francis Hoffman and directed by Adrienne Campbell-Holt, this production follows the journey of a woman named Cal who, after her worst fear about motherhood becomes a reality, finds herself desperately summoning the past in order to make better sense of the present. Laced with dark humor and heartbreaking introspection, and “punctuated by moments of blinding revelation,” this play takes a good, long look at all the family baggage we carry with us throughout our lives and how it impacts our ability to connect with other people.
