CBS All Acces heeft besloten dat ‘Tell Me A Story’ geen derde zijn zal krijgen op de streamingsdienst. Echter heeft The CW de rechten gekocht om in het najaar de eerste twee seizoenen uit te zenden, dit om zo toch series te hebben om uit te zenden al de productie van hun eigen series niet op tijd kan beginnen door de corona-crisis. Het is nog niet bekend wanneer de serie zal worden uitgezonden, The CW kocht ook de rechten van drie andere series om uit te zenden in het najaar.

Tell Me A Story, the CBS All Access series, will not get a season three on the streaming network.

However, THR reports that the Kevin Williamson created show, will be airing the first two seasons on The CW.

The first season of the show interweaved “The Three Little Pigs,” “Little Red Riding Hood” and “Hansel and Gretel” into a new kind of tale set in modern-day New York City.

In the second season, which brought back stars Paul Wesley and Danielle Campbell, focused on “Beauty and the Beast,” “Sleeping Beauty” and “Cinderella”.

At the moment, it’s not clear just when the show will make its’ debut on The CW.
