Francesca heeft een ontmoeting met Oliver en Jackson om de toekomst van de weerwolven in New Orleans te bepalen. In de nasleep van de verrassingsaanval op Marcel en zijn vampieren, sluiten Davina en Cami een pact om Klaus neer te halen. Uiteindelijk maakt Klaus in een wanhopige poging om diegene te beschermen die belangrijk voor hem zijn een hartverscheurend besluit.
