NINA DOBREV IS TE ZIEN IN FLASHBACKS ALS TATIA, DE ORIGINELE/EERSTE DOPPELGANGER — Om Elijah in te laten zien dat ze het beste met hem voorheeft laat ze hem flashbacks herleven van de tijd dat hij van een jonge vrouw genaamd Tatia hield. Met de hulp van Marcel is Hayley vastberaden om Elijah te vinden, maar wordt verscheurd wanneer ze erachter komt dat ook Klaus in gevaar is en ook haar hulp nodig heeft. Elders bevind Cami zich in een gevaarlijke situatie wanneer Mikael haar gevangen houd om zo Klaus naar hem toe te lokken. En komt Davina er tot haar schrok achter wie Kaleb eigenlijk echt is. Na een gewelddadige confrontatie komt Klaus oog-in-oog te staat met Mikeal.
