CLAIRE HOLT KEERT TERUG ALS REBEKAH MIKAELSON — Rebekah die een rustig leven lijd met baby Hope, slaat op de vlucht wanneer ze erachter komt dat Ester heeft uitgevonden waar ze zit. Klaus is ervan overtuigd dat Vincent en Kaleb zijn bondgenoten kunnen worden in de ondergang van Ester, en zet in plan in actie in hen tegen haar te keren. Intussen is Hayley in twee strijd wanneer zij en Jackson op een oud-ritueel stuiten die ervoor zorgt dat hun weerwolven groep uit de controle van Ester komt, hiervoor moet Hayley alleen een groot offer maken. Elders is Rebekah bezorgt wanneer ze een verandering bij Elijah ziet. en neemt Davinao het hef in eigen handen en begint aan duistere magie. Als laatste bevind Cami zich midden in een gevaarlijk plan van Ester.
