A KILLER VIRUS — When Stefan (Paul Wesley) tries to explain recent events to a very sick Elena (Nina Dobrev), her first instinct is to call Damon (Ian Somerhalder). At the same time, Damon is trying to figure out how to make a disturbing confession to Elena. While going through Dr. Wes’ files, Caroline (Candice Accola) discovers a frightening secret, and is surprised when Enzo (guest star Michael Malarkey) appears, claiming to have the solution everyone is searching for. At Enzo’s insistence, Caroline asks Stefan to meet her at a mysterious location where they are joined by a group of Travelers, including Sloan (guest star Caitlin McHugh), who reveals new information on the importance of doppelgangers. During spring break on a mostly deserted Whitmore campus, Elena runs into Luke (guest star Chris Brochu), a student who seems to know her, though she has no memory of meeting him. Recently dumped by his boyfriend, Luke proposes that he and Elena spend the break getting drunk together, but she sends him off on an urgent mission to find Bonnie (Kat Graham) and the “newbie” witch, Liv (guest star Penelope Mitchell). Damon finally tells Elena the truth about his recent activities, and they come to a new agreement about their relationship.

MARKOS ARRIVES IN MYSTIC FALLS — In order to keep Stefan (Paul Wesley) from being harmed by Sloan (guest star Caitlin McHugh) and the Travelers, Caroline (Candice Accola) and Enzo (guest star Michael Malarkey) agree to make a trip to Atlanta to find a newly discovered doppleganger. Caroline is surprised when Enzo opens up to her about his past. Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) spend an awkward afternoon at Jeremy’s (Steven R. McQueen) parent-teacher conference, where they hear bad news about his behavior at school. Afterwards, Damon reluctantly tells Elena upsetting news about Jeremy’s personal life. Bonnie (Kat Graham) has an unsettling encounter with Luke (guest star Chris Brochu), and learns more about his family history. Liv (guest star Penelope Mitchell) fills Jeremy in on the rumors about the Travelers’ next move and demonstrates her considerable power. Jeremy makes an unexpected deal with Liv, then makes a decision that is devastating to Elena. Stefan and Caroline share a special moment of friendship. Finally, a terrifying turn of events at the Travelers’ camp leads to the appearance of their mysterious leader, Markos (guest star Raffi Barsoumian).

Leah Pipes heeft begin februari bekend gemaakt dat ze verloofd is met haar vriend acteur AJ Trauth.

These Disney darlings are getting married! The Originals star Leah Pipes is engaged to her boyfriend of two-and-a-half years, actor AJ Trauth, she exclusively reveals to Us Weekly.

“He proposed on Christmas Day,” Pipes tells Us. “There was a wrapped ring box under the tree… [and] it was empty,” she recalls of the romantic moment when her fiance proposed. “He’d been holding the ring behind his back and asked me to marry him. It was the best moment of my life!”

Trauth, 27, who played “Twitty” on Even Stevens from 2000 to 2003, bent down on one knee with a classic princess-cut diamond in a platinum band setting. “It’s so understated and elegant,” Pipes, 25, gushes of her engagement bling. “It’s such a wonderful symbol of our love… and it will never go out of style!” she says.

“We’ve known each other since we were teenagers,” the star of the Disney Channel’s 2004 flick Pixel Perfect tells Us of her relationship with Trauth. “We both grew up in the entertainment industry. He was actually very close to starring with me in the first movie I did.”
While the two had known each other for many years, their platonic relationship turned romantic in 2011: “I’m so glad we spent years getting to know each other before dating,” the Sorority Row star says. “He’s my best friend.”

The actress, who currently plays Camille on CW’s spinoff series of the Vampire Diaries, tells Us she’s been busy with the show and hopes to begin planning her big day soon: “I’m hoping to get married in the same church my parents were married,” the L.A. native says. “Some friends and family are pushing for a destination wedding in Hawaii, which also sounds very fun!”

A distraught Elijah (Daniel Gillies) turns to Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) for help when one of his decisions puts Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Rebekah’s lives in danger. With time working against them, Marcel realizes he may hold valuable information that could lead them to Rebekah and Klaus, but revealing it will almost certainly result in deadly consequences.

A NIGHT AT THE OPERA — In a series of flashbacks to 1919, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) opens up to Cami (Leah Pipes) and reveals details of the devastating secret Rebekah (Claire Holt) and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) were trying to keep from him. Elijah (Daniel Gillies) forms an unlikely alliance with Monique (guest star Yasmine Al Bustami) and asks for her help in locating Sabine (guest star Shannon Kane.) Elsewhere, Thierry (guest star Callard Harris) is reluctant to get involved when Marcel and Rebekah approach him with a plan to take down the witches. Meanwhile, in the bayou, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) is at her wits’ end and holds Sabine hostage in an attempt to get information that will reverse the curse on Hayley’s werewolf clan.
