Paul Wesley is gecast in een nieuwe film genaamd ‘Mother’s Day’ in de rol van Kevin. Hij zal de vriend spelen van actrice Susan Surandon’s dochter in de film. De precieze plot van de film is nog niet bekend.

The Vampire Diaries handsome Paul Wesley (Stefan) has landed a role in the upcoming new film, Mother’s Day. According to Deadline, Paul has been cast in the role of Kevin, an artsy pastry-chef. He is the boyfriend of Susan Sarandon’s daughter, Gayle played by Eva Amurri Martino. Directed by Paul Duddridge and written by Paige Cameron and Paul Duddridge, Paul Wesley joins the cast of Mother’s Day starring Susan Sarandon, Sharon Stone, Christina Ricci, Eva Amurri Martino, Andie MacDowell, and Laura Dern. The movie is slated for release in 2015 and is described as ‘Interwoven stories of what it is to be a mom seen through the lens of photographer Rigby Gray’

Nina Dobrev zal in aflevering 2×05 van ‘The Originals’ te zien zijn als Doppelganger Tatia heeft Julie Plec onthult!

According to E! in an interview with The Originals executive producer Julie Plec, shared that you’re favorite Vampire Diaries‘ cast Nina Dobrev will be playing doppelganger Tatia in a crossover from The Vampire Diaries. Julie Plec shares her plans on a TVD/TO crossover, “There’s a lot of people that could cross over and when we plan our crossovers we like to think of the most clever way to integrate The Vampire Diaries mythology into The Originals mythology,” Plec tells us. “There was a character’s name introduced a long time ago in season three in association with Klaus [Joseph Morgan] and Elijah [Daniel Gillies] and how they became vampires and a girl that they both loved a long time ago who was the original doppelganger, Tatia. So Nina Dobrev will be visiting The Originals for a nice little storyline in our fifth episode which airs November 3.”

Stefan (Paul Wesley) arrives back in Mystic Falls looking for Enzo (Michael Malarkey) and is caught off guard when he notices a strange change in Elena. Meanwhile, at the lake, Enzo’s actions cause Matt (Zach Roerig) to make a startling revelation, and Jeremy makes a discovery about the anti-magic spell that could potentially put Elena’s life in danger. Elsewhere, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Bonnie (Kat Graham) stumble upon clues that lead them to believe they’re not alone.

A LONG WAY HOME — Knowing she needs to come to terms with the loss of Damon (Ian Somerhalder), Elena (Nina Dobrev) turns to Alaric (Matt Davis) to help her move on with her life. Enzo (Michael Malarkey) convinces Caroline (Candice Accola) to join him as he tracks down a lead to get Damon and Bonnie (Kat Graham) back, but Caroline is shocked when they make an unexpected detour and uncover what Stefan (Paul Wesley) has been up to. Meanwhile, Matt (Zach Roerig) worries about Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) who is spending time with Sarah (guest star Gabrielle Walsh), a mysterious girl who has recently arrived in Mystic Falls. Elsewhere, Tripp (guest star Colin Ferguson), leader of the community protection program, makes an interesting confession to Matt about his connection to the town. Lastly, with the Other Side destroyed and gone for good, Damon and Bonnie reluctantly band together to uncover the mystery of where they are and how they are going to get back home.

After months of being holed up inside his compound, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) enlists the help of Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) in plotting his revenge against the Guerrera werewolves, and vows to take down anyone who poses a threat to baby Hope’s existence. Elijah watches helplessly as Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) spirals downward while mourning the loss of her daughter and struggling to adapt to her new hybrid status. Exiled by the Guerrera werewolves, who now control the French Quarter, Marcel is still reeling over the destruction of his vampire family, and attempts to rebuild his home with the help of Josh (guest star Steven Krueger). Elsewhere, Cami (Leah Pipes), who is attempting to regain some normalcy in her life, seeks comfort in a surprising place. Last, Davina (Danielle Campbell) continues her plan to use Mikael (guest star Sebastian Roche) against Klaus, but gets sidetracked when she meets the mysterious, yet charming Kaleb (guest star Daniel Sharman), who holds a few secrets of his own.
